Condition detail notes
Condition detail notes contain miscellaneous information about primary entities of different data types. A part of this information describes model restrictions – list of ages and/or locations where modeled results are assumed to be 0 (e.g., diabetes mortality is assumed to be 0 for any neonatal age groups, so these are listed as restrictions). At the moment of writing, condition detail notes are available only for the cause_outcome data.

Fatal restrictions refer to fatal measures:
Deaths
YLL
Non-fatal restrictions refer to non-fatal measures:
DALY
YLD
Prevalence
Incidence
DALYs are a combination of fatal (YLL) and non-fatal (YLD), so only when the restrictions for fatal and non-fatal overlap are DALYs restricted.
